How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at (919) 277-0345. Our reception team is available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (except holidays). If you need same-day care, please call as early in the morning as possible.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need. Missed appointments may be subject to a charge.

Should I bring my medications with me?

Yes. Please bring either:

  • Your current medications (in their bottles), or

  • A complete written list (including medication names, dosages, and frequency).

This helps our providers understand your overall health and ensures safe, effective care.

How do I request a medication refill?

  • Refills can often be requested during your appointment.

  • You may also call us. Please have your pharmacy’s phone number ready.

  • If it’s been a while since your last visit, we may ask you to schedule an appointment before approving refills.

  • Some medications, especially narcotic pain medicines, cannot be called in and require an in-person evaluation.

Be sure to notify us of any drug allergies when requesting refills.

What if I have a medical concern outside office hours?

  • For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • For other medical questions, please call our office during regular business hours.

How can I request my medical records?

Copies of your medical records are available upon request. A small fee may apply to cover duplication costs.

Do you offer TeleHealth services?

Yes! TeleHealth is available at our office. Call the office to schedule, and our staff will guide you through the process.
